Working too long in front of the monitor can affect health, such as eye fatigue, back pain, shoulder and neck. For that I will share tips to overcome the fatigue and strain on the eyes when you work in front of computer monitors. Here are sometips:
1. Work in a fairly light roomNotice the lighting in your workspace. Do not work the room the light is too bright, because it can dazzle the eye. Use blinds to adjust light from the window. Put the lamp above the head. Avoid staring at the light directly. Also, do not work the room too dark or dim, because it will make the eyes work too hard.
2. Use the monitor filterTo reduce glare and radiation emitted by the monitor, use the monitor glass filter.
3. Place the paper for readabilityIf you need to copy or read the paper, then place the paper at a distance equal to the monitor. This was done so as not to have to back and forth to focus the view to read the paper work, after reading the monitor screen.
4. Note the position of the monitorPlace the monitor screen in such a way as to form an angle of 10-15 degrees from the position parallel to the straight view. This was done for shoulder and neck felt good.
5. Work with the "Fonts" big enoughThis is done so that your eyes are not too hard work to read the writings of a minor. Eye is not a microscope to see the fine print on the monitor.
6. Check your glasses or contact lensesIf you use glasses or contact lenses and had to work all day in front of the monitor, there is a good idea to consult your eye doctor or optical to get glasses that fit.
