World Series MVP Jermaine Dye Officially Retires!

All the best to a class-act!

2005 World Series MVP (All-Star and Silver Slugger in '06; 5th in MVP voting in '06! ), Jermaine Dye was always a class act at the Southside. Despite the fact that his White Sox career was only five seasons, it is fitting that the last team he played for was the White Sox. Paulie and JD hit their 300th homeruns in back-to-back at bats!! Wore #23, a number that should only be reserved for special players in Chicago. Here's hoping that he joins the White Sox organization, either as a coach or in the front office!

Time to add a Jermaine Dye Day (bobblehead!?!) to the schedule!

JD, thanks for bringing a World Series Championship to Chicago!!!
